Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actress. She also has produced films like Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. While growing up in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, she had lots of desires. Her mother was a movie fan and was a constant source of encouragement to her love for movies as a young person. Paula became involved in many co-curricular activities in school however she showed an interest in drama. Paula loved acting with friends, and she participated in school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School provided her with numerous chances to perform in high school and she chose acting for a profession. She attended in the University of Southern California for a Summer Program and loved the experience. She won a three-month assignment making documentaries for PBS. When she was successful in completing the task, she began being an assistant to the production team for television documentaries. Later, she moved on to the production of documentaries. While she was awed by the work she was doing, she yearned for acting roles. Her acting debut came by playing a supporting role in Will Smith's romantic comedy Hitch. Since then, she has appeared in many popular movies and TV series.
